Yeah I dont think rubber will melt at 250-270 which is what your head temps should be between I think. But I would reroute your fuel lines anyway because of what was previously stated...In case you flip over......
it's silicone, not rubber.

I'd leave it exactly as it is and quit caring. this is how I have the fuel line routed on my AD2 and Savage
