Thanks for yor help. I think I will try to make one out of 1 x 1/2 plywood and just sand to shape of the notch. The plate seems to be there for the bottom wing. I never have had a Bipe before, so The one hole did make me wonder. And for all those that are wondering and/or care, I'm gonna power it with a Saito 150 (Need the extra ponies for the thin air here in Co.) Just hope it flies as good as it looks.
