Proops and Maplin are the best sources I can find. The proops bag is cheap and has lots of different sizes. They both have web sites. I fitted my additiona spring inside the one supplied and this was fine for me. Keith fitted one on the outside of the leg. You undo the anti rotation link screw and it pulls apart. Remeber it has oil inside for damping when you take it apart!
