The Route 66 RC Club (72) Members are again hosting the Route 66 Jets Event at the Litchfield Illinois Municipal Airport September 4-7.
This facility is rather unique because it has two nonintersecting runways one of them being, with FAA approval, closed to general aviation for the duration of the event. The only thing that prevents you from flying every day and all day is yourself and Mother Nature as the North/South Runway & Air Space is ours for the four days. There are no planned interruptions to you flying when you want and as often as you like!
Arrive on the 3rd if you like to get a good spot and help with the set up. Roger
