Default RE: Wheeeeeeee.......... Blade CP!

So glad to see the BOB's all here still swapping lies as well as parts.

Oracus: Please pm me with a list of parts you need and I will go thru the box of parts I have here and try to get you a care package sent out. Sadly, I am lacking electronics (4 in1, servos, ect.) but I do have a huge pile of other parts that will not be needed. Let me know.

Rick my dear old buddy! Sorry to hear your still fighting the pain but you are a trooper............ and the eldest BOB, we all think highly of you. Glad to hear your boss has given you a lightened schedule as well as recup time. I am a hardnosed employer, I don't even let my people bleed on company time Just jokin! My great Aunt had a bum nerve in her hip, she would get shots 4 times a year and boy could she walk up the hill to the spring at the cabin fast a couple weeks after getting one of those. Maybe it takes a little time, I sure hope it works for you.

Tim: Your setup looks good there, you must have switched to the microheli smain shaft and gear, a wise choice. The one i am running on my blade CP is still holding up nicely and just seems to go forever. Of course a lot of shelf time doesn't hurt it much either.........

Dave: I love those eyeball quizzes........ I found the arrow in about 20 seconds. funny , I have never noticed it before so now I will see it everytime I see one of those trucks or the emblem anywhere I go. I am gonna show the kidlets that this week (they get here tonite) and will give the first to see it an extra scoop of ice cream in thier rootbeer float. I am sure there will be a scramble and 4 deeply concentrating faces trying to see it!

Vic, that corsair ya got over in the other thread is looking good like I said there and if you like yours with the 3100kv setup I will get one and do the same. Get that sucker maidened and give us a detailed report.

Jay: Hows the plane you were showing us earlier holding up? I have been flying mine as often as possible and will be taking the Estarter and a couple of helis up to the Lake this coming weekend. Will be my first attempt at float takeoffs and landings so I am going to get educated I am sure. The lake is 5 miles long so I am sure we will be able to find a decent spot to annoy as few as possible and find some fairly calm waters.

To all: We had a informal flyin at the field by my place on Sunday, got a chance to meet a heck of a heli pilot and watch his TREX 450, TREX 500 and TREX 600N do all of the wild 3d moves as well as inverted hovering with all 3 and some awesome loops and rolls as well as flips in place tossed in. In total there were 6 of us with an assortment of planes and helis. Was a perfect flight day as not a single plane or heli was crashed and we have decided to make the meeting a at least bi-weekly thing. best part is that its only 2 blocks from my house.

Tis all for now............. gotta say.......wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.......... ................ RC!!!!!!!!!!!
