regarding the speed of the build, it helps to have a fully loaded woodworking shop in my garage. Its amazing how fast you can cut and sand parts with a 14" bandsaw and a 12" stationary disk sander. I found that the tablesaw does as nice a job on balsa as it does on walnut...
