Yes, KR Hobbies. Their customer service SUX!! to the max. I sent 3 emails to them in 4 days after my purchase and in the end I receive a reply at the 4th day stating that my email may have blocked them, and the funny part is another email from them saying that shes sick, received my email all on the 4th day. Funny right? One says I blocked them, another one says received it only on the 4th day. I received my package after 1 week+ and I WILL NEVER buy from them anymore.
I have one more backordered item with them and I sent them an email 2 days ago asking when will it be available and guess wat? NO REPLY UNTIL NOW!! I want to cancel off that backordered item and I could not do it without their reply. NO PHONE CONTACT!!! NO ORDER CONFIRMATION!!!! Nothing but silence from them
