I have never been so mad in my life as I am now this is the email I got from them I emailed them stating that I was sorry to bother them but if I did not hear from them I would have to do charge back thinking they might be closed hell I didn't know, but is it just me or does them seem like a rude email and I thought customers where always right lolol. and look how this email is written maybe she should have finished English class check out the last sentence she is stating that it is my mistake my mistake that all they had to do was email and I never did a charge back at all lololololololololo is this any way to treat a customer
Ok first off, you JUST ordered on the 9th, 1-3 business days processing. Next you had a backordered item which on our site is posted that orders MUST be over $50 to be split, which yours was not, so the only information you receive TILL the items are off backorder is the order confirmation, when status CHANGES, then we let you know. Third, you first contacted us on a weekend, we are closed on the weekends. As for a charge back, ther eis a fee for chargebacks on orders that have already processed as we are charged a fee when someone initiates one.
We waive the fee on our mistakes but this was ours, all the info about your order is posted on the website. You order is shipping out, thank you.
