When you program the ESC make sure the Brake is set to disabled.
The brake is for airplanes. If you use it on a helicopter when you throttle down it will
slow down or stop the blades, not good, big crash!

If you are a new pilot I would use the motor soft start feature, Helicopter 1 (soft start).
For electronic timing select mid timing.
