I found them in the UK
1 x SAI200TI39 Push-rod (pair) £2.95.
1 x SAI90TS40 Push-rod Cover and Seals (pair) £3.95.
Not really sure how much that is, but it appears to be more than it cost here.
I am trying to be patient until the slow-boat hits the shores....
