Ken,
We've probably picked on jarheads enough. You know how sensitive they are. We wouldn't want to bruse their inner child.
Back to things WACO!
1. Does anyone know if there was an official WACO Yellow? I've seen vintage planes painted a very distinct shade of yellow, but can't find any reference to a Fed Std color chip. The color seemed to be somewhere between Cub Yellow (strong orange) and Lemon Yellow (lime green).
2. Where was the nominal CG on the YMF-5? Assuming no passenger.
3. Along with #2, what was the nominal incidence on the horizontal stab. I know it was adjustable, but I think nominal was about +2.5 degrees.
4. How the hell do you attach photos? Cut & paste?
Since I am assuming that you are talking about a full scale, The C/G is probably 30% of the mean average chord of both wings combined.
As to an official Waco Yellow, I have not a clue.
Average incidence on the Horizontal stab is 2 degrees positive to the datum line.
