Default RE: Jet hovering 2 inches off the Ground

Actually, unfortunately, crashing is also scale.[&o]
I saw a demo of thrust vectoring at the WJM 2007, to watch it in the flesh as it were, is stunning.
To see a large scale jet flying up the flight line on its tail at less than 10 mph is chilling. I have to say it is truly inspiring to watch, I never even thought about thrust vectoring a model jet but these guys push the envelope.
While it is up to the individual as to the interest in this type of flying, the flying and setup skill involved is unquestionable.
Hats off to everyone working with thust vectoring, and now Skymaster are developing a Harrier, again pushing the limits, the hobby is moving into new ground.

In my opinion, the future is very exciting.
