I guess for the IR battle crowd it's the way to go, but some of us just like to prowl around and shoot BB's at scale soldiers, vehicles, and equipment. It takes skill, (and a little luck sometimes) to knock down a 1/18 plastic soldier from 40 feet with a 6mm BB.[8D] I'm not a member of a club, and don't have any IR battle buddies, so for me airsoft is the way to go, at least for the time being.
