That's it. (Bore x Bore) x stroke x .7854 equals cubic inches. That divided by .061 equals cc.

Example:

Bore 1.25"
Stroke 1.10"

1.25 x 1.25 = 1.56
1.56 x 1.1 = 1.72
1.72 x .7854 = 1.35 cubic inches
1.35 / .061 = 22 cc
