Well folks, after waiting over one year from my original purchase date I finally have a BME engine. I originally ordered and paid for a "Sport 50" that Keith was going to market. He then decided there wasn't enough market interest in it and told me I would get a BME 58 instead. I think most everyone knows the rest of the story with BME.
Andy and crew (new BME owners) made good on the 58 engine Keith had said he would send me. Having the email paper trail really helped here too as I forwarded all this to Andy.
The new engine arrived yesterday and is one of the first few being produced. I have attached some pictures for your viewing pleasure. As you can see the weight with muffler and ignition is a tad over 50 ounces on my not very accurate scales. BME says 50 ounces so it is a light-weight.
