RE: Helo Balancer
Man I am not sure that I want to even get in the middel of this. The ballancing location on the stand was just an added bonus, even I have held it up with two fingers ( and I agree it is just that simple). It is sometimes easer to do if you are moving things around trying to get it ballanced if you dont have to hold it ( I am sure that everyone here wished at some point that they had 3 hands). The real reason I designed it was for setting the blade pitch as you need to hold the fly bar level and if the fly bar moves it changes the reading on the pitch (see the third picture). With the heli in the front slot and the skids on the bottom base when you move the swash up and down it will only allow the blades to twist showing the pitch in the blades. Without some how holding the fly bar level there is no way to get an accurate reading on the pitch. I was something I came up with to make my life easer in working on my heli and I never was going to sell them, but if anyone out there likes the idea I am willing to help out.
