I like the contraption for purposes of finding zero pitch. As for finding CG, you have to move stuff around and then mount the canopy, check CG, then do it all over again. I can't see this making it easier for CG.

I do condone and praise inventions that will make any part of working on Heli's easier to do. I like the thought and design of your balancer. I think you have the makings of something pretty slick...Now, partner with me and lets hammer out some CNC G-10 frames! Hehe
