My experience:
Your going to need to seal that "blue section" otherwise your feathered paint lines will show through...Even though you have done a nice job of feathering with 400g paper I fear that you will see the lines...You'll probably have some shade differences too (especially since your paint is sooo transparent)...
I'd recommend masking off and shooting a coat of epoxy primer over your "blue area"...Let it cure and give it a nice sand job but try not to bust through...If you do bust through then re-spray...
I didn't catch what brand of epoxy primer you're using but that should be perfect for this task...You could use that straight out as a primer...Or if it's an automotive epoxy primer such as PPG DP series you have an option to reduce it more and use it as a sealer...Never the less follow the directions on the can...If it does not specifically call out instructions for additional reduction as a sealer do not modify the paint...(The only advantage to a "sealer" is it would be a thinner layer of paint)
