I agree that the cold plugs are more attractive. But if you read my thread in the Truggy section where I'm breaking in my new engine, I too had problems with running a cold plug. Its the first time, but I ended up going with an O.S. #8 plug as anything colder would just make the engine stall. As soon as I can, I will get a Mccoy MC9 or HPI R4/5 plug in it!

I'm not sure about the pressure lines, but I heard in the 1/8th scale buggy section that a shorter pressure line runs the engine leaner, don't quote me on that though! Personally, I think the longer the lines, the better. The only problems will arise from running a very short line, on either the fuel or pressure line. I keep mine nice and long, with a filter on both.
