I went to the field last weekend and I just got more confused....
The heli guys asked me to CHECK THE TEMP on the backplate (with my infrared gauge temp) and said it should not surpass 150F which I find more confusing because according with that I have read in several forums, I should check the temperature next to the glowplug (heat sink) and it should not surpass 210F......
I was taking the temp from the backplate and I was getting 170F (190F on the head) and EVERYBODY (about 4 heli guys) said IT WAS TOOOOOOOOOOO HOT.....
what do you think????
