Check with Denny over at Nice Twice and see if he knows anyone doing it on the side. The owner of Hobby Town may know someone too, he helped me out A bit when I was painting my last plane.
I have ran into several other builders at the different fields here, builders, not painters, and so far I haven't seen anything that impressed me too much so look at there work before you give them the job.
Like to help you out but my painting really is bad, getting better but still stinks.
I will say that the Klass Kote paint made me look better on my last plane, better is one of those relative words.
