I've got that thread memorized. I dislike posting specific questions to those mega-threads. Since the search function here only directs you to the thread, not the post, it can be impossible sometimes to find what you're looking for so for specific questions I just start a new thread.

There are others on RCSCALEBUILDER and RCGROUPS that are very good as well. Definately going to move the gear to the scale location.
On the search feature, if you go to advanced search and select "both Topics and Replies" it will bring back individual posts. I also highlight "sort by relevance."
