I am not sure how many cells the sidewinder handles but I know I have used 5 on the quark with no issues. I run the quarm in my 1/10 pede with a six series motor and get around 60mph on a 5s.

Other than cell capabilities I would go with CC. They are hands down the best company I have ever dealt with. I own just about all of their products and love them all.
