Yo, here is what I did.

Heavy 10 guage wire, dual leads for 2P, worked into a single 8mm bullet connector on the deck. I got the connectors from HobbyKing, AKA HobbyCity.

They also have 10G waire.

I used carbon fiber, but I do not suggest it for this application, wood or fibergalss is fine. CF conducts electricity but I made 100% shure I would not have problems. In hindsight I wouldn't use it again.

If you only run 1P, then you use less wireand 5.5 or 6mm plugs will do fine.

My wires are a bit long, again hindsight is 20/20.
