Here is a 72" wingspan hog. I have been working on the molds for the last year and a half and finally finished the last molds a few weeks ago. Every thing is molded besides the main wing which is foam or built up ply ribs (2 versions). Put a lot of time in designing the built up wing but decided that it was faster, easier and a little lighter to do the foam wing. I will eventually pull a mold and do a molded main wing. Molded flaps and ailerons.
