I will have to partially disagree with Dave on this...

The eventual eBay price is not even a close indicator of what something is worth.
It is nearly always what some stupid kid (with an open account open at his father's/mother's), was willing to over-bid for, while being clearly out of his mind...

One unit of nearly anything, sold on an auction site, with multiple bidders, will always fetch much, much more than it is worth. No 'fair price', unless there is only one interested buyer... If this is sold in the classified section, where people bargain to an agreed price, that would be fair enough.

I have always said eBay is a seller's paradise and a buyers purgatory... Where he is cleansed of all his money...
