Just found the problem, and it was the fly bar.

There was a weight missing from one side. Even without that weight, I was still getting that baby to hover good!!!

I had to get a new battery, both the ones the guy gave me were pretty shot, they only lasted about 10min, and maybe full power for 5. Now that new battery, I gotta tone it down are I may put a hole in the ceiling.

So while I was waiting for the batteries to charge, I decided to fire up the CPP. Holy crap, that thing needs to be done outside. Broke those wood blades in about 15 minutes LOL!
