Just back from a great day at Chalgrove. After a 2.30am stint this morning, I finished my new Spark EDF which flies just like the first one-but quieter!
It was a bit of a Spark day ("Sparks Fly"!) with four present, my two EDF and Turbine P60 version plus Rob Westwater's EDF.
Comp ARF are doing something right as there was even more Flash models with five present, plus Tim J's Lightning.
Trevor Skedge was trying his Dreamworks flash legs for the first time, he says he's looking forward to flying it off our grass strip now.
He and little Stevie spent the day having a low Knifedge contest..won by Stevie!
Steve Elias had his ARF Bandit and I took mine along too for a blast, great flying aeroplane!

I had the pleasure of test flying Roger Melville's Fox Hawk in test pilots colours, fastastic build quality and flew great only requiring a shift back on the C of G.
