the yank eliminator is an example of the drill start your talking about. i havent used one but i heard they are ok. its basically the same idea that started the SAVAGE electric start.

evil, with the pink box i got it also works with 1/10th on-road cars.im not sure on the cen and how it looks but if the flywheel is like a regular on-road car it should be fine. the cen rep checks in here from time to time and hit him up with that question next time you see him post something.
