The 16 had its maiden on sat, I to have an 80 so to answer peoples questions on balance yes 140 back from the wing leading edge is fine, now the door rams you need are 1" rams these open and close the doors fine you have plenty of clearance for gear leg sequence.

Peter from Intairco supplied me with these rams and they are perfect if any body has issues I can get these for you.

For ailerons I have found that 10 mm up and down is plenty, not 15 mm

With the tanks in my 16, only 2 main tanks, you can get 5 mins with an 80 this is doing 2 high speed passes at full throttle and general flying at 60% On landing we checked the tanks and had about 500mil left.
