I wouldn't fly any plane that can pull the G's and sustain the speeds of a jet with plastic gear servos.
They may work just fine though according to the rates.
I've always felt money spent on Servos was one area I wouldn't compromise on. Besides they are typically salvagable after accidents (unless fire is envolved) and can be put in other airframes.
