Default RE: Bobcat 50 fuse

I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but it may be much faster than waiting for a replacement...

Mix up some 30 minute epoxy.

Add about 20% more by volume of Isopropyl Alcohol ( The hardware store kind, not the drug store kind ).

Mix it until the epoxy is thinner, and while flexing the area "out" to open it, apply the mix from the inside.

Get the interior fully coated and wet.

Clamp it closed, and let it dry.

Now put fiberglass cloth over the cracked area on the inside, and make up another similiar mix.

Apply the epoxy liberally, and let dry.

This will be harder than the original fuse setup.

I do this all the time on cracked fiberglass, including wheel pants.

If the crack seem is visible, put some striping tape over it, on both sides of the fuse to hide the area.
