That little grub screw could be used for both a needle valve extension and for an air filter/venturi - your choice. I'm sure there are many of those little grub screws lying around waiting to be used such as in wheel collets.

As for your YS63 venturi... can't help you but if the throat is the same size as a 160 then try Central Hobbies.
