Hey stupid, youve either had a boom strike and stripped the servo or it may have jumped some teeth get out the manual and re set the tail rotor pitch, so that it moves both ways from the stick being in the middle, I had to do this when I had aboom strike (rotor main blades hit the tail boom during a "bouncy" landing).......Rog
