Hi Rog, Darth and Stipid!

I had an inverted crash that stripped 1 cyclic and the tail rotor servo. The cyclic one was a no brainer, sloppy and no servo arm movement with cyclic stick movement.

The Tail rotor one however was tricky ... SEEMED to work fine with rudder stick input, but upon push/pulling the tail rotor pushrod, the gears skipped like crazy.

Changed all 3 to metal gears, no problems since!

(Corona, BTW).
