Looks like you've got the basic stuff figured out. There are a lot of other tools and such that are nice to have but not required. Depending on the kit you get, they often have a good list of things needed to build the kit.

Some other stuff you will need:
* sanding blocks
* various grades of sanding paper. (80, 150, 220, 320)
* T-Pins
* Triangle
* measuring devices
* clamps

As far as glue goes, you can use CA for most everything. You will use epoxy for things that require maximum strength &/or working time like wing joints and fire walls.

For covering, I can't do it with just an iron, I need a heat gun and trim iron. But that's just me. I know lots of folks work with just an iron.
