I have built the Wing Mfg. Hellcat, and it is my best flying plane to date. My buddy built the Stuka from Heritage and it is a good plane. I would go for the Saito 4 stroke . it swings a bigger prop and is a radial cowl. I have used the Robart rotating retracts and they are good. I would reccomend the strut covers also because they do add strength and better looks. Also run the Saito horizontal and not inverted. It is a very good kit that builds fast and is well engineered.
