I have been through the plans and the instructions and I agree it looks like a well engineered kit. Certainly light, and the laser cutting looks really good. I evidently have the older kit with the plastic cowl, and I hear that they all come with fiberglass cowls now. I might see if I could get them send me the fiberglass one. I would like to do this in the three color scheme after applying a layer of glass. Hopefully I can keep the weight light.
