It looks like you are using plastic tubing to cool the motor-does that work well?
well, the only way to know is to find out! BTW, its clear PVC flexible stuff (from an aquarium cleaner), and it lets a lot of water through it. as far as cooling is concerned, I will probably also end up running 6 cells and the motor's previous boat didn't have any cooling for it (it has an internal fan though)

about that ford bashing... with the price of fuel these days, I think I might as well stick to Honda

back on topic... I experimented with some fiberglassing today (first time), but since I only had epoxy, I used an old undershirt for the material. I think it turned out fine, I might add some pink insulation foam to it for a bit more stiffness - OH, forgot to mention, this is going to be the canopy...
I also attached the other sponson and put in all of the electronics, now all I have to do is make a rudder and linkage, primer and paint, then test it on the water!
