Jerry can expand the BVM sheet up to your scale, you just give him the factors.

I will say that at that scale I would be very tempted to paint the big stuff (stars and bars and the "USAF") and use Pro Mark for the smaller stuff. you can use stencils for that stuff, computer cut. I think Jerry can make the stencils as well.
