Lol...The tip of the day task was appointed to you. Remember ?! But take the night off and I'll throw one up 4 ya....

Home Depot $2.40... A "magnetizer". You put your screwdriver or whatever tool you want magnetized into the correct slot, run it through a few times and she's definately magnetized. It works much better than I thought it would. Those tiny little screws stay put like there super glued to the end of the driver...Lol.. I was even picking up drill bits with one of my small jewelers screwdrivers.

Works great for those hard to reach places !
