Everybody has days like that. They're good things. Complacency kills models.
What I like to do when I'm not feeling very in tune with what I'm doing is to just slow down and work on the basics. Making lazy figure eights. Simple things like that where I don't have to think, but the practice is still good to have. I'll also just hang around and enjoy the day. Often times it helps to have a specific goal for a flight, where you'll work on one specific thing. Many people recommend that for every flight, as opposed to just boring holes in the sky. The real advantage in it is that you can think through what you'll be doing before you do it. I think that helps to build reflexes and muscle memory.
