A Super Tigre 75 with an in-cowl muffler fit well in mine, but it wasn't enough power. I'm going to put a Super Tigre 90 in it when I can get one, but the muffler won't work on that, so probably a big hole will be needed. If you can build yours light enough, the ST 75 should work.
