How sturdy is the landing gear? I fly off a grass field that is not rough but its not the smoothest either. I am a little concerned about that.

Are you guys planning on painting or covering? I want to do the scale fins but they look like a challenge to cover.

I am leaning towards glassing with wb poly and painting but am not the best painter.

This plane wont be my everyday flyer. I want to scale it out and take it to festivals and fly it on really nice days. I enjoy the build as much as anything.
