In theory, yes it would but that isn't the point!You said if the "minimum recommened engine is 1.20" That means MINIMUM on the power and there's one other even more important thing to think about... the weight or lack of it! The 1.10 weighs about the same as the/a .91...that is a lot less than a 1.20... you'll be needin' some weight up front.
The 1.10 is design to upgrade/retro fit from there .91 not down grade from the 1.20 which has it's self been upgraded to a 1.40 years ago.
