I finally got my Excelleron 90 despite years behind! Its prolly the last 2 unit from the LHS. Waiting for the YS110S engine.

Building the wing now and fabricate parts to strengthen LG area. I follow Dean Pappas rubber band hold on the wing mount.

For the LG, I have to remove the small triangle stock. I planned to put in a 3mm hard ply and reinforce with bigger triangle stock to spread the mounting load to the entire bottom area.

I read a lot for the last 30+ pages on this thread.

Given the feedback, I will most likely start with 7in CG. As for the fuel tank, I can only get 14oz dubro tank to fit in.

Does any of you felt the fuel tank should be relocate as close as possible to CG to avoid the drastic 14oz change. What about fuel and flooding with a much higher tank position in the fuse?

Which APC prop you all love on E90.

I also read that most use the original stock antivibe mount on YS110. How is it holding up?
BTW, I presume you all did the aileron hinge gap sealing?
