I did one of these 10 years ago. I found it in a trash can along the road. Used stock ignition with the flywheel shaved and balanced. Had a Carpenter hub and back plate. Used a carb from a Homelite 25 which is 5/16" venturi. The engine did 7200 with a 14/8. I eventually gave it to a friend who has never done anything with it.
