The plastic mount will work ok, but I'm using the radial mount that's available for the engine. The plastic mount flexed a little too much for me, had ugly vibration, hard mounted using the radial mount and the vibration level dropped quite a bit. (and for those wondering, the prop and spinner were balanced [)
