Default What's the difference between 05 and speed 400

Please chech the hobby lobby site..request a catalog and look it over..they show the weights, power, usages of the various speed 400, speed 500 and speed 600 (05 can motor) with gearboxes, controlers, batteries, chargers etc.

The speed 400 class is much lighter, and less powerful, than the sp 600 class(05).. The sp 400 can be considered
about a .049 glow to about a .074 and the sp 600 about a .15 to .20 glow depending on direct drive or gearbox
and the number of cells. Some sp600 class motors can be used in .25 glow models..depends on the motor and set-up. E-power is very versitile and takes a while figuering it out.

Have fun,

Jarvis
