OK, the screw that holds the throttle barrel came off. This is the screw that moves inside the groove in the throttle barrel, that limits the movement of the barrel.
Now I put back the screw and the barrel movement is perfect, mounted the engine cowl etc. Just realized that i forgot to put back the spring inside the barrel.....is it sooo important? I will have to re open everything!! There is hardly any play in/out on the barrel.....do I still need to re install the spring???
